How We Get Your Gear To You

Every Clocked In Unfiltered item is printed on demand by our team at Mad Town Print. This means your gear is crafted specifically for you, ensuring quality and customization. Production typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after production. Expedited options are available at checkout for those urgent deadlines. All packages include tracking for peace of mind, from our shop to your door.

We stand behind the quality of our shift-tested gear. Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. For personalized products, due to their custom nature, we can only accept returns for defects in printing or materials. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Your satisfaction is punch-card approved.
